ZGS/GZH is looking for an experienced Human Resources Lead to join our team in Harare. This is an important role for someone with strong HR skills in strategy, operations, and managing people. The HR Lead will support our growing team and help us meet our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

• Develop and apply HR strategies that fit with the company’s goals.

• Make sure the company follows local labor laws and company policies.

• Help leadership with planning the workforce, developing talent, and managing changes.

• Lead initiatives to improve company culture, staff wellness, and employee engagement.

• Keep HR data systems up to date and provide reports to help decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.

• At least 8 years of relevant HR experience, including leadership experience.

• Good knowledge of Zimbabwean labor laws and HR practices.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to use HR software and Microsoft Office.

• German language skills are a bonus.
