Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products

• Stay informed about current sales, promotions, and offers

• Process payments and handle transactions accurately at the register

• Restock shelves and maintain an attractive store display

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively

• Assist with inventory management and stock organization

• Work with team members to meet and exceed sales targets

• Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-organized

• Attend training to enhance product and sales knowledge

• Share customer feedback and shopping trends with management

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused with a positive attitude

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

• Team player with a professional work ethic

• Fluency in Arabic is a plus

• Currently residing in Kuwait

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems

• Understanding of retail merchandising

• Ability to analyze sales trends and customer behavior

• Basic math skills for cash handling

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
