Job Summary:
We are looking for a recent graduate to join our team as a Graduate Trainee – Finance. You will receive hands-on training in how to manage money on a farm. This includes working with budgets, tracking costs, managing cash flow, and helping the farm run more efficiently. This is a great chance to learn about farm finance and grow your skills.

What You Will Do:

• Help create and manage farm budgets

• Record and track farm expenses

• Study the cost of farm production

• Help manage the farm’s cash flow (money in and out)

• Work closely with the finance team to keep records organized

• Help make sure the farm stays profitable

• Learn about financial planning and cost control in a farm setting

What We Are Looking For:

Education:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related subject

Skills:

• Basic understanding of cost accounting (how to track and control costs)

• Good with Microsoft Excel

• Some experience or familiarity with any accounting software

• Eager to learn and grow in agricultural finance
