Pay Rate: R28.97 per hour

Phakisa Holdings is hiring General Workers to help with different daily tasks in our factory and warehouse. If you are hardworking, reliable, and can work in a fast-paced environment, this job may be for you!

Job Purpose:

To help with everyday work like making products, packing, sorting items, loading and unloading, and keeping the workplace clean and safe. This job is in an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment.

Main Duties:

• Help with making or packing products

• Operate machines (training may be given)

• Load and unload goods by hand or with equipment

• Keep work areas clean and tidy

• Follow health, safety, and hygiene rules

• Listen to and follow instructions from team leaders

• Help keep track of stock

• Join safety training and drills

• Check product quality and report any problems

• Work your assigned shift and meet work targets

What You Need:

• Grade 12 / Matric Certificate

• Experience working in a warehouse, factory, or FMCG environment is a plus

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Able to follow instructions carefully

• Attention to detail

• Must be reliable, on time, and careful with safety

• Comfortable with repetitive work and fast-paced tasks
