Location: Hilton Hotel, Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
Job Type: Full-time | Night Shift

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Night Receptionist to join our team at Hilton in Durban. You will welcome and assist guests during the night shift, from check-in to check-out, and help make their stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in guests during the night

• Answer guest questions quickly and helpfully

• Check out guests and complete night-time audits when needed

• Make sure guests have a smooth and pleasant experience

• Report guest feedback or problems to the Night Manager or Supervisor

• Provide excellent customer service at all times

• Learn about the hotel rooms, prices, special deals, and services

• Use upselling to promote hotel services and facilities

• Handle payments (cash, credit cards, foreign currency) correctly

• Follow the hotel’s rules when using front desk systems and equipment

• Help other departments when needed

• Attend training and support the night team with learning and development

• Always follow Hilton’s brand and service standards
